The Board of Trustees of UUCK believes governance is a collective, democratic process, which is designed to achieve lasting policies. The board’s focus shall be on the mission, vision and well-being
of the congregation. The board intends to govern primarily by:

  • Discerning and articulating the congregation’s mission and vision of ministry.
  • Setting goals and making strategic choices.
  • Creating written policies to guide the congregation’s ministries
  • Monitoring and evaluating the congregation’s leadership including itself.

Please complete the Policy Template for new/updated policy.

Please note that anyone submitting a policy for consideration must present the policy, in person, to the Board of Trustees.  Please contact the Board to be placed on the Board meeting agenda.
