In an effort to help encourage and grow leaders in our congregation, the UU Church of Kent established the Lay Leader Development Fund which is supported by our annual program budget. Any member of the congregation may apply for funds to assist with the attendance at leadership events and/or purchase of educational materials that will enhance knowledge or skills pertaining to leadership involvement in the UU Church of Kent.
