A multi-platform service led by Rev. Steven Protzman with Worship Associate Heidi Emhoff Wood.
Around the world, many cultures have festivals to remember the dead this time of year. Some of these festivals such as Samhain are linked to the change of seasons and the harvest, while others are spiritual in nature, including All Saints Day and the Day of the Dead. With stories and songs and the help of a colorful Hallowe’en character, we will explore some of these festivals and reflect on the eternal cycle of life and death. Everyone is welcome to wear Halloween costumes for this service.
