Cal Frye and worship associate Susan Goekler – In 1776, this country’s Founders created something new, never before seen in political affairs. They had faith in their noble experiment, but not blind faith in either the structure or the outcome. Their faith instead was in the power of experiment and the spirit of Liberty, what Judge Learned Hand called “the spirit which is not too sure that it is right.”
