Have you stopped to consider the possibility of positive outcomes emerging from your experience? As a result of our time of social isolation, have you had new experiences, gained knowledge, indulged in self-care, or developed new habits that you want to carry forward? Let us take time to reflect and share how we have made meaning of this unanticipated, life-altering time of our lives.
