10:00AM Facilitated Drop-In Small Reflection Groups for adults and youth
This is an opportunity for members, friends, and visitors to reflect and share on wondering questions based on the day’s sermon topic. Everyone (including first-time visitors) is welcome to drop in and join us in Hobbs Hall for this small group connection time.
This Week’s Wondering Questions:
- What would your good friends say is a gift or quality that they appreciate about you?
- Which of your friends has a gift or quality that you appreciate? How do you let them know?
- How can we practice showing this kind of appreciation for one another?

Our social hour in Hobbs Hall is open to all, and is an alternative to the Small Reflection Groups. Connect with others, learn about the church, find out about programs and other opportunities to connect.

A Conspiracy of Decency
During World War II, the people of Denmark rescued almost the entire Jewish population of their country from impending deportation. Across social class, religion, and political persuasion, the rescuers defined their humanity by their ability to act with great compassion. They did not consider themselves heroes, they simply felt they were doing the right thing.
Led by guest leader Rev. Martina Thompson, Worship Associate CLM Kathy Kerns and Music Director Emily Hall.
Guest Leader Bio: Martina (Marti) Thompson completed seminary in May 2024 at the UU House of Studies at Methodist Theological School in Delaware, Ohio. She served as the Intern Minister at UU Fellowship of Lima, a lay-led congregation. She has been a UU for more than forty years. She lives in Lima, Ohio, and is a volunteer with Ohio Hospice.
