- Discerning, articulating, and monitoring compliance with the Church’s Mission, Vision, and Covenant
- Assessing and representing the will of the Congregation
- Holding fiduciary responsibility for the Church
- Hiring of Minister, and monitoring and evaluating the Congregation’s Leadership
- Enacting changes in Membership status and certifying Active Membership count
- Creating, appointing, and empowering Action Teams
- Working closely with the Ministry Executive Team (and the Committee on Shared Ministry)
